You may use these kits and elements in part or in whole in your layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Monika Digital Designs including mention of any graphic you have altered in any way.
You may resize, recolor, cut, or alter any items to your liking.
You may make a single copy of the kits for back up purposes only.
You may not use any graphic(s) to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works.
You may not use any graphic(s) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
You may not reproduce copies of my kits to resell for personal profit.
You may not share this kit with friends or family and you may not redistribute this kit on yahoo groups or otherwise, even if it was given to you by me as a freebie!
You may not alter any of my graphics and sell them as your own.
You may not use my graphics for commercial purposes including web design/sites, templates.
You may not create Quickpages with my kits to share them in any way!
Anything you create using my kits and designs can only be shared with my permission on MY WEBSITE!

YOU MAY use these designer tools to create images for making gift wrap, candy wrappers, and other such items.
Freebies created using these designer tools are only allowed if the final product is altered not simply recoloured. The end result must be different from the original product.
Please limit the use of my products to no more than 30% of your final product.
YOU MAY NOT reproduce copies of my commercial use products in the designer format (png) unless it is one copy for back up purposes.
